Information overview for the electronic Extraordinary General Meeting in 3Shape Holding A/S on June 20, 2025

The extraordinary General Meeting will be held as a hybrid event. Shareholders will only have the choice of attending electronically via Microsoft Teams.

Attendance via Microsoft Teams

You can access the Annual General Meeting through the following steps:

• Click on the Teams link no later than 5 minutes prior to commencement of the Annual General Meeting. The Teams link can be found in the invitation email.
• Remain in the ‘waiting room’ until the Annual General Meeting commences.
• Kindly turn on your camera and keep your microphone on ‘mute’.

During the livestream, you will be able to ask questions or pose comments by using the chat function on Teams. The moderators will read inquiries, when possible, during the meeting.

Voting

Please note that there will be no virtual voting option for shareholders during the General Meeting.
