Information overview for the electronic Annual General Meeting in 3Shape Holding A/S on April 10, 2025

This year´s Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid event. Shareholders will therefore have the choice of attending either electronically via Microsoft Teams or physically at Niels Juels Gade 13, 1059 Copenhagen, Denmark – in the canteen on the 5th floor.

You are kindly asked to answer the questionnaire linked in the invitation and inform if you will attend electronically or physically.

Attendance via Microsoft Teams

You can access the Annual General Meeting through the following steps:

• Click on the Teams link no later than 5 minutes prior to commencement of the Annual General Meeting. The Teams link can be found in the invitation email.
• Remain in the ‘waiting room’ until the Annual General Meeting commences.
• Kindly turn on your camera and keep your microphone on ‘mute’.

During the livestream, you will be able to ask questions or pose comments by using the chat function on Teams. The moderators will read inquiries, when possible, during the meeting.

Voting

Please note that there will be no virtual voting option for shareholders during the Annual General Meeting. Voting will be available only for shareholders participating in person or by proxy.
