What is 3Shape Account?

3Shape Account, formerly known as 3Shape Communicate or 3Shape ID, is your key to working with all 3Shape products and services. The secure, single account that you create, opens the doors to working and communicating within and beyond the 3Shape ecosystem.

Get started with 3Shape Account in Unite

If you are the admin of the 3Shape systems used in your practice (meaning you are responsible for updating and/or managing installations), then it’s important you do the following: 
  1. Check if you already have a 3Shape Account via the button below. If you don’t have a 3Shape Account, create one right away.
  2. Install the Unite software update as soon as it’s available for you.
  3. Ensure you are the first one in your team to sign into and configure the system as outlined in the instructions in the Unite software. You will remain the administrator of the product or service.

What will happen? 

3Shape Account is already in use for 3Shape Communicate and Dental System (from version 2022), and will be integrated into most 3Shape software and services in the future.

If you've recently upgraded to the latest Dental System, follow the steps below to login or create your 3Shape Account:

  1. When opening up Dental System 2022, you will be asked to login with you 3Shape Account. In case you don’t have a 3Shape Account, you will be directed to the 3Shape Account creation page.
  2. You will be asked to generate a 6 digit code.
  3. You can now login to Dental System.
