Our Ambition

In 2023, 3Shape introduced a new Sustainability Strategy outlining our goals for 2028. This strategy is built on five key pillars and defines our ambitions in sustainability, guiding our efforts in environmental, social, and governance responsibilities.

Continue to build transparency by reporting on estimated Scope 3 emissions from the most material emission categories in 2024.

100% of production-related suppliers signed on to the Supplier Code of Conduct

Calculate the adjusted gender pay gap for our three biggest sites (UA, DK, and PL) by 2025.

Develop a program for greater accessibility and availability of dental health for underserved communities.

Develop a global Diversity, Equality and Inclusion roadmap that accounts for local cultures by 2024.

Achieve 35% by 2025, and 40% by 2027 of the underrepresented gender per management level.

Achieve 33% by 2025, and 40% by 2027 of the underrepresented gender in the Board of Directors.

Governance

Maintain a minimum completion rate of 90%* of CoC training.

Maintain a minimum completion rate of 90%* of GDPR training.
