Who will I speak with during my demo? ​

We have a team of product specialists ready to speak with you. All of them have extensive experience working with TRIOS, and can show you all the features and functions it comes with.

Should I include staff members too?

We recommend you involve them once you're ready to look at implementation, for example when you will discuss the difference between a wired or wireless setup, or PC requirements.

What questions to ask during the demo? ​

Our trainer Steve Nobles recommends you make a list of your most in demand treatments, and look into these workflows from a digital perspective. Also, ensure you get a detailed picture of add-ons (hardware and software) included, plus the onboarding, training and support you can expect. Read his recommendations on the blog.

How to prepare for the demo? ​

First and foremost, speak with your lab about their requirements to a digital workflow. Also, ensure that you have dental models (or real people) at hand to test drive the scanner on. There's nothing like the real deal. Our trainer Ramya Kannan recommends you use a rating system when testing a scanner.
