Tapping Talent
In 2006, 3Shape set up an office in Kyiv. We were attracted by the immense talent in Ukraine, the strong work ethic, and a people who shared and were dedicated to our goal of doing good in the world. The team quickly grew to include experts in customer support, supply chain operations, technical development, and marketing.

At 3Shape, we have long known what the whole world has now learned – that Ukrainians are highly educated, resourceful, innovative, and have a truly unbreakable spirit. Our team in Kyiv has been impressing us for almost 20 years.

War in Ukraine
When Russia invaded Ukraine, many were displaced to other Ukrainian cities, some were forced to temporarily leave Ukraine, and many stayed in the capitol. Every single employee remained committed to their work – all of them refusing to give in to the war raging around them.
While many companies had to cease or restrict business operations in Ukraine, 3Shape was able to continue because our team insisted they would work on.
We met their wish by supporting them in every way we could, helping with relocations if required, providing generators and power banks, organizing financial assistance, offering a psychology support line, and more.
We listened to our team’s needs, and we doubled down, too
Ukraine has a part to play in our company’s future.

Since February 24, 2022, we have significantly increased our Ukrainian team, bringing the total workforce in Kyiv to over 500. Our commitment to Ukraine has never faltered, and our team there goes from strength to strength. They are an inspiration to us all.
